MILLING The latest in CNC machining centers using an Advanced VMC-1100 for all your aluminum and light stainless work, table size is 21" x 42". For plate work we incorporate a Viper V-1200 with table size of 24" x 42". These machines are backed up by 4 vertical and horizontal milling machines.
PAINTING Fully equipped 9,000 sq. ft paint facility for all types of final finish.
SAWING CNC horizontal band saw equipped with multiple feed, enabling a repeatable of .005 thousands on all material.
PRESSES Hager presses (2) allow for fast installation of special fasteners and production hardware.
ROLLS Montgomery 1/4" plate roll can handle up to 4 ft. wide. Montgomery angle roll a special machine for rolling angle or bar to any specs
